RISE 2.0 is a professional development programme designed to equip individuals with future-ready skills, leveraging cutting edge tools and techniques for career growth.

RISE 2.0 is ideal for both job seekers and working professionals looking to upskill, transition into new roles, or stay competitive in today's rapidly-evolving job market. Whether you're exploring new opportunities or enhancing your current expertise, this programme is for you.

The course fee for RISE 2.0 is $15,000 for part-time and $21,000 for full-time before subsidies. As part of the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP), eligible learners can receive up to 95% in course fee subsidies. 

Additional funding support is available through UTAP (Union Training Assistance Programme) for NTUC members and the Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) for eligible individuals. 

Singaporean learners aged 40 and above can also use their SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career) to further offset the balance. With these subsidies and funding options, most eligible learners end up paying $0 out of pocket.

As part of the SCTP, eligible participants may qualify for up to 95% of SkillsFuture course subsidies, the remaining amount can be covered by SkillsFuture credit and SkillsFuture(Mid-Career) credits, UTAP support and PSEA funds.

Our courses are designed to fit the schedules and learning needs of individuals of all ages and employment statuses.

Full-Time 
Suitable for freelancers, gig economy workers, jobseekers, and individuals between jobs. 

What to expect: 

• Structured weekday learning with no weekend commitments. 
• Slower pace with more coaching and hands-on support. 
• Ideal for career switchers needing quick certification and job placement. 

Part-Time
Suitable for full-time employees or working professionals balancing work and learning.

What to expect: 

• Evening and weekend classes that fit around work. 
• Faster-paced learning for those with some foundational knowledge. 
• Best suited for professionals looking to upskill without the urgency of a job switch.

Part-Time Schedule
Part-time courses are 3 sessions per week. (Total: 9 to 12 hours) 

• Weekdays: Monday & Wednesday/ Tuesday & Thursday, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend: Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Weekday evenings are typically scheduled on either Mondays and Wednesdays OR Tuesdays and Thursdays on a regular basis. Other weekdays may be scheduled as an alternative to the regular schedule as needed (e.g.: due to public holiday falling on regular schedule).

Optional sessions outside normal operating days may be scheduled (Not part of grading criteria).

Full-Time Schedule
Full-time courses are 5 sessions per week. (Total: 20 hours~)

• Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM 

*Detailed timing on the cohort schedule for both Part/Full-time will be provided towards the start of course.

Yes. As part of the SkillsFutureCareer Transition Programme(SCTP), our Full-Time courses are eligible for training allowance.

• Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above are eligible. If you turn 40 in 2025, you qualify for courses that year. 

• You must attend at least 75% of the course to receive the allowance. Any missed sessions must be made up in the following month. 
• The allowance is only for individually sponsored learners.
• Companies cannot apply for absentee payroll for learners receiving the training allowance.

Yes! RISE 2.0 is open to fully employed and part-time employed individuals.

Those who are employed can enroll in the part-time programme, which is specifically designed with a higher proportion of self-paced learning and live sessions outside of normal working hours to ensure compatibility with your existing working schedule.

Minimum eligibility:

• Singapore citizen or PR
• Minimum diploma or degree, or relevant working experience
• Aged 21 and above

All eligible candidates will have their CV screened and take an aptitude test. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take an interview and the final selection will be made.

Generally, we will require around 2-3 weeks to process applications. We encourage applicants to fill up the registration form, submit their documents and complete the relevant screening processes promptly to expedite their application.

RISE 2.0 will be primarily conducted virtually, through a combination of live lectures, workshops, interactive self-paced e-learnings, and real company projects. Select in-person sessions may also be conducted at the discretion of the team, subject to change.
