Why do I need to submit my updates?

Your updates help us understand where you are in your career journey and how you're progressing. This allows us to track your progress and ensure the support you receive remains relevant to your needs.

How often should I complete my Career Pulse?

You'll be asked to complete your Career Pulse at key check-in points throughout the programme. Your first check-in will be around the one-month mark, with further updates requested at relevant points in your journey.

Career situations can change quickly, so regular updates help us maintain an accurate picture of your progress.

What if nothing has changed since my last Career Pulse?

Please still complete it. Letting us know that there has been no change is also an important update and helps us accurately track your progress.

How long does the Career Pulse take?

 The Career Pulse is designed to be quick and should take about 1 - 5 minutes to complete. 

Which career profile should I select?

 Choose the profile that best reflects your situation today. If your circumstances change, select the profile that reflects your new situation the next time you complete your Career Pulse. 

What if more than one profile applies to me?

Choose the profile that best represents your primary career goal or activity right now.

What's the difference between “Starting my own business” and “Self-employed / Business owner”?

Select Starting my own business if you're developing an idea or preparing to launch but are not yet operating the business.

Select Self-employed / Business owner if you're already working for yourself or running your business. 

What's the difference between “Looking for freelance opportunities” and “Self-employed / Business owner”?

Select Looking for freelance opportunities if you're actively seeking freelance projects or clients but have not yet secured freelance work.
